Web store software
Email and mailing lists
We send our email newsletters with MailChimp . MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is sent automatically via our website you will see the ' unsubscribe ' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter.
We use the services of Office365 for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have the package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL and DHL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL or DHL. PostNL and DHL only use this information for the execution of the agreement. In the event that PostNL or DHL engages subcontractors , PostNL or DHL will also make your details available to these parties.

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
